Community Homecare is a locally owned family business. We have provided home health services and consultation in East Central Illinois since 2004. Our Agency Supervisor, Kelly Scott has over 28 years of home health experience. We are dedicated to offering residents of East Central Illinois the highest standards of home health services.

At Community Homecare we know that people feel better when they are cared for in the privacy and comfort of their home. Whether it's chronic illness, an acute medical problem, injury or disability - we are there every step of the way to ensure our patients receive the best possible medical care. We are Medicare/Medicaid certified and have been caring for the members of our community since 2004. We will evaluate your home for modifications & equipment needed for the patient to achieve the greatest level of independence. We can set up a medication administration system to help prevent errors and potential harm or hospitalizations.
